Family Voices Award Reception
The annual F2F HICs Grantee Meeting began with a reception for F2F HIC, MCHB and Family Voices staff along with invited guests. Bonnie Strickland, PhD, Director, MCHB Division of Services for Children with Special Health Needs (DSCSHN), HHS/HRSA gave a presentation on Envision 2020, MCHB's strategic plan. Family Voices awards were presented to Sophie Arao-Nguyen, PhD, Executive Director, Family Voices; Karen Anzola, Family Voices NCFPP Co-Director; Diana Denboba, Branch Director MCHB Division of Services for Children with Special Health Needs (DSCSHN), HHS/HRSA; and Becky Shipp, Health Policy Advisor, Senate Finance Committee. Diana Denboba presented MCHB awards to the NCFPP Technical Assistance Team.
